The PGO, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Printing
Services, with PR No. 2026-03-1218.
The Printing Services shall be procured through the Small Value Procurement in
accordance with RA No. 12009 as reflected in BAC Resolution No. SVP-04-06-01.
Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, signed
by you or your duly authorized representative not later than____________, subject to the
