Description : 1) The LGU-Mariveles, through the Budget of the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian of 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million, Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Five Hundred Pesos (Php1, 999, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Printer with Scanner for DepEd Elementary Schools of Mariveles. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-Mariveles now invites bids for Purchase of Printer with Scanner for DepEd Elementary Schools of Mariveles using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 20 days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
