Description : 1.) The Davao Del Norte State College through the Internally-Generate Income intends to
apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred
Forty-Five Pesos and 77/100 Only (Php 3, 735, 845.77) under ITB-2026-08, for all
Twenty-One (21) Lots as stipulated Section VI Schedule of Requirements and Section VII
Technical Specifications, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for Purchase of Printed References. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Davao Del Norte State College now invites bids for Purchase of Printed References
using the Fit-for-Purpose. Delivery of the Goods is required in 60 calendar days. Bidders
should have completed, at least one similar contract within five years from the date of
submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to
Bidders.
