3.1. The subject of the order is: Purchase of power generators for the Commune Office in Rusinów, the Public Primary School in Rusinów, the Health Center in Rusinów as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program.3.2. The subject of the order must be completed in accordance with with applicable law, regulations, standards and on the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. 3.3. Scope of the subject of the contract: delivery of brand new power generating units, construction of concrete foundation or paving stones for each unit, foundation of devices, assembly electrical installation and cable connections, including photovoltaic installation in each building, installation and delivery of the automatic reserve switching system (SZR), performance of necessary tests and measurements, commissioning of generators, training of users, handing over technical documentation and warranty cards, supply of fuel for the start-up of generators.
