Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Tenderer Having Valid and up to date Trade License.2. Valid and up to date Income Tax Certificate.3. Valid and up to date VAT Registration Certificate4. Bank Solvency Certificate or Credit Facility of Tk 90.00 Lac from concerned authority of Bangladesh.5. Minimum 3 (three) Years Work Experience in related field.6. At Least Tk. 50.00 Lac single supply completion certificate in similar type products within last 5 (five) years.7. All procurement activities will be maintained by "the Public Procurement Rules 2025"8. The supplier must submit a table indicating the compliance of the features of the model of the equipment being quoated with those given in the indent. 9. Features not matching must be clearly indicated10. Certificate: The bidder must supply the tender authorisation as well as the distributionship certificate.11. ISO Certification: Bidder must submit their company ISO certificate.12. The bidder must be suppling a list of at least 4 to 5 units of handheld xRF system of the quoted principle mentioning the organisation or institute and model in Bangladesh. 13. The supplier should install the instrument at the laboratory site (free of cost) and provide training at the laboratory site for minimum 3 days (free of cost).14. Minimum 2 years standard warranty parts and servicing will be free of cost from the date of delivery and 1 year service warranty service charge will be free ...
