TECHNICAL TASK (TOR) FOR THE PURCHASE OF PACKAGING MATERIALS Disposable cups (Plastic container and packaging) 1. General information and terms of delivery Subject of procurement: Disposable plastic cups (containers) for sealing food products. Nature of procurement: This procurement is not one-time, but involves long-term and systematic cooperation with the winning supplier on the basis of regular monthly orders. Monthly need (planned volume): 20, 000 pcs. (the total annual volume and schedules are agreed at the time of signing the contract). Payment terms: 100% deferred payment within 25 calendar days from the moment of actual delivery of each individual batch of goods to the Customer's warehouse, signing of the invoice and proper registration by the Supplier of the tax invoice (PN) in the EDRPN. Other terms of payment are allowed upon the prior agreement of the Parties or under the terms of the current supply contract.
