1) The City of Iloilo through the LOCAL COUNCIL FOR THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos (₱680, 585.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City of Iloilo Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for Purchase of Perishable Goods for Crisis Intervention Center. Delivery of the Goods is required Upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), the supplier shall deliver the contracted Goods in accordance with each notice issued by the End User whenever the need for such Goods arises. The End User shall determine, for each delivery, the quantity of Goods to be furnished and the corresponding delivery schedule.
