Purchase of penetration testing software 1. The subject of the order is* the purchase and delivery of Software to the Ordering Party in the form of granting the Subscription a license to use the Software for a period of 36 months along with providing support the Software manufacturer, i.e. from December 1, 2026 to November 30, 2029, with: 1.1 the first period of validity of the Software license Subscription together with the provision of support from the Software manufacturer begins on December 1, 2026 and lasts until on November 30, 2027 (hereinafter referred to as the "first validity period" or "first Subscription period"); 1.2 the second period of validity of the Software license Subscription together with the provision of support from the Software manufacturer begins on December 1, 2027 and lasts until on November 30, 2028 (hereinafter referred to as the "second validity period" or "second Subscription period"); 1.3 the third period of validity of the Software license Subscription together with the provision of support from the Software manufacturer begins on December 1, 2028 and lasts until November 30, 2029 (hereinafter referred to as the "third validity period" or "third Subscription period"). 2.
