By joining the procedure, the offeror accepts the following conditions: 1. The unit price includes transportation costs.2. The offer is valid for a minimum of 10 days from completion of the proceedings. 3. Delivery required to Sekcja Drogowa Wola Baranowska Knapy 190, 39-451 BaranowSandomierski at 7:30-14:00.4. Required payment term is 30 days from receipt of the invoice and goods.5. The required quality documents and warranty conditions for the subject of the procedure should be specified in the offer.6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure without giving a reason.7. By submitting an offer, you accept the detailed terms and conditions of the order specified in the order template constituting Annex No. 1 to the procedure. 8.
