Purchase of passenger electric cars from 1 unit. up to 4 units The purchasing organization plans to purchase passenger electric cars. The purchase object is divided into 2 parts: Part I of the purchase. Purchase of passenger electric cars from 2 units. up to 5 units; Part II of the purchase. Purchase of passenger electric cars from 1 unit. up to 4 units The maximum bid price acceptable to the procuring organization (amount of funds allocated for the purchase): I purchase part - EUR 165, 289.26 without VAT and EUR 200, 000.00 with VAT. The price of one car cannot be higher than EUR 40, 000.00 including VAT. Additional 3 cars will be paid for if there is financial possibility and need. For part II of the purchase - 132, 231.40 EUR without VAT and 160 000.00 EUR with VAT. The price of one car cannot be higher than EUR 40, 000.00 including VAT. Additional 3 cars will be paid for if there is financial possibility and need. The Agreement is valid until the full fulfillment of the obligations (until the Initial Agreement is used up value), but its term cannot be longer than 12/15/2027. The Buyer settles with the Supplier no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Invoice, after signing the Goods Transfer - Acceptance Act.
