Tender Details

1) The subject of the order includes the purchase of a 9-seater car adapted to transport people in wheelchairs. This vehicle will be used to transport disabled children to educational institutions providing education, therapy and rehabilitation. The vehicle must be adapted to transport persons with disabilities in accordance with applicable regulations and has the required approvals and documents allowing it to be used in the territory of the Republic of Poland.2) The subject of the order must be free from physical defects and legal documents, third-party claims, and complete car documentation necessary for registration and operation. 3) The offered vehicle must be brand new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 2025 (year of production: 2025 or 2026).By brand new should be understood as a vehicle: - unused, without prior registration, - with a mileage not exceeding 100 km (allowed only due to activities related to the production, transport or preparation of the vehicle for delivery), - without any damage or traces operation, - covered by the manufacturer's full warranty.4) The permissible total weight of the vehicle must enable it to be driven...
