Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to ensure a safe, convenient and accessible parking service for the employees of the joint building of ministries (Suur-Ameerika 1, Tallinn) on weekdays and, if necessary, on weekends and at night. The bidder must bid at least 50 parking space in one parking lot (one property). In order to ensure up to 250 parking spaces, the procurer recognizes as many bids as successful, if the number of parking spaces can be ranked to reach 250 when dividing the parking spaces. The procurer contracts on the basis of ranking of the procurement contract with all those bidders recognized as successful, who have no grounds for exclusion from the procurement procedure and whose technical and professional capacity meets the provisions of the qualification condition.
