a. The Barangay Doña Feliza Z.Mejia, Ormoc City, Leyte, through the General Appropriation Act of 2020 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand & 00/100 Pesos (₱100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF OTHER SUPPLIES (1 UNIT MOTOR VEHICLE) at Barangay Doña Feliza Z.Mejia, Ormoc City, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
b. The Barangay Doña Feliza Z.Mejia, Ormoc City, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
