The Public Procurement Documentation contains a detailed technical description of the products and the quantity.

If the invitation to initiate the procedure and/or the Public Procurement Documentation uses a brand name or type name, it is only the product to be procuredit was done in order to clearly define the nature of the Equivalence (regarding composition, function, raw material) must be proven by the Bidder with a technical description or a quality certificate. The Bidder is the Kbt. Paragraph (4) of § 58, as well as 321/2015. (X.30.) Government orderbased on its provisions in § 46, paragraph (3), it accepts the equivalent performance.
