The subject of the order is the purchase for the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party") of an Oracle JAVA SE UNIVERSAL SUBSCRIPTION subscription or equivalent for a period of 36 months. Purchase an Oracle JAVA SE subscription UNIVERSAL SUBSCRIPTION for a period of 36 months. 1. The subject of the order is the purchase for the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party") of an Oracle JAVA SE UNIVERSAL SUBSCRIPTION subscription or equivalent for a period of 36 months. 2. The Contractor, pursuant to the Agreement (Appendix No. 8.1 to the SWZ): 2.1. It will provide the Ordering Party with the right to access the Oracle Java SE Universal Subscription for 11, 500 employees along with the Documentation for a period of 36 months. Detailed the description of the subject of the order was included in the Software Specification constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: ppu). 2.2. Deliver the Certificate and Documentation to the Ordering Party no later than 5 Business Days from the date signing the Agreement. 2.3. The Contractor will provide a document confirming the right to access the Software Support Service and Documentation at his own expense and risk. 3. Before signing the contract, the contractor is obliged to provide "Conditions" in Polish Subscription", which will constitute Annex No. 3 to the Agreement. 4. The Ordering Party allows the Contractors to offer a solution equivalent to that indicated in point 2 above, meeting the requirements in accordance with the equivalent description...
