Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of software for microbiological analyzes and antibiotic therapy, under which the Contractor will: 1) install and configure the software in the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure, 2) prepare reports, 3) grant software licenses, 4) provide author's supervision and support for a period of 36 months. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 - Description of the subject of the order and Annex No. 5 - contract template. The Ordering Party requires that the execution of the subject of the order be carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle ("do no serious damage") to environmental goals, resulting from Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18/06/2020 and the conditions set out in Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 establishing an Instrument for Recovery and Resilience Framework (RRF) and guidelines regarding the National Recovery Plan, maintaining horizontal policies, in particular the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
