Tenders are invited for Purchase of Optical Character Recognition (OCR).

The Syrian Arab Airlines announces for the third time its desire to request internal price offers for the purchase of 30 / OCR.

In accordance with the system of general public contracts issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the book of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 for the year 2004 according to the technical specifications and the book of financial and legal conditions for the request for quotations as follows:

1 - Bid bonds: Eight hundred and twenty thousand Syrian pounds only.

2 - Performance Bond: Ten percent of the contract value.

3 - Delay penalties: 01% one thousand of the total contracted value for each day of delay

4 - The duration of the bidder 's commitment to his bid: The bidder shall remain bound by his offer effective from the day following the last date for submission of offers until the expiry of 90 days from the day following the last date for submission of bids.
