Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of an operating table for the Urology Operating Room.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Technical and operational parameters form, which constitutes Annex No. 1.1 to the Offer Form.3. The offered subject of the order it must be approved for marketing and use in accordance with applicable law, meet the requirements of Polish and European standards, be marked with the CE mark, and have documents issued by authorized entities, required by Polish law (e.g. CE mark, Declaration of Conformity, necessary certificates, approvals, certificates) in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974). At the same time, the Contractor will be obliged to present, at each request of the Ordering Party, an appropriate document.4. The technical and operational parameters of the subject of the order are set out in Appendix No. 1.1 to the Offer Form. Failure to meet the required parameters gives the Ordering Party grounds to reject the offer.5. Partial deliveries of individual elements are not allowed the subject of the order.
