Purchase of an operating table Purchase of two operating tables with the provision of 6 monthly installments, with the parameters and accessories detailed in the technical specification. The purchase price (contract price) includes everything necessary for contractual performance costs and consideration, consideration for any transfer of rights, therefore the Bidder is not entitled to charge additional consideration under any other legal title, and may not claim reimbursement of additional costs under any legal title. Only new products, used tools and materials can be recommended and consumables, spare parts, remanufactured, refurbished or other equivalently manufactured products cannot be included in the offer. An offer containing such an offer is declared invalid by the contracting authority. The device/product offered in the offer must be specifically named (e.g. type, name, number, etc. with a specific name). Any offer that does not fully or partially meet the Bidder's requirements is invalid without any further investigation.
