1. The subject of the order is the purchase of an operating robot for the Hospital in Puszczykowo. The offered product should be authorized for trading and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland and meet the requirements specified by the Act of April 7, 2010 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended).
