Purchase of 1 Unit Mini Dump Truck for Garbage Collection (Negotiated Bidding for Two Failed Bidding)
1. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Garden, Arteche, Eastern Samar, through the 20% Barangay Economic Development Fund BDF of Fiscal Year 2024-2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php860, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of 1 Unit Mini Dump Truck for garbage collection. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Brgy. Garden, Arteche, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within thirty (30) calendars days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
