The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through MMO-CAPITAL OUTLAY 2024 (SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 3) intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 70, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF ONE UNIT LAPTOP TO BE USED AT MUNICIPAL AGRICULTURE OFFICE [GOODS-SVP-2024-11-080]. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of offers.
