INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT RICE MILLING MACHINE FOR TEJERO RICE FARMERS ASSOCIATON LIVELIHOOD PROJECT

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS, through the TRUST FUND-FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR RICE MILLING AND RICE RETAILING BUSINESS (DOLE-R8) intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT RICE MILLING MACHINE FOR TEJERO RICE FARMERS ASSOCIATON LIVELIHOOD PROJECT HILONGOS TF-2024-03-047. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 calendar days.
