Macarthur, Eastern Samar, through 5% BDRRMF CY-2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (140, 000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of One (1) Unit Passenger Type Chariot as Rescue Vehicle of Barangay Calutan, Gen. Macarthur Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
