1.The Local Government Unit of Oton, through MOTOR VEHICLE-70% LDRRMF intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Local Government Unit of Oton now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLE. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
