1.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BONTOC, through the budget approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 2, 750, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above stated project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BONTOC now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT MOTOR VEHICLE LS-E 3.0 4x2 A/T (PB GOODS 2026-05). Delivery of the Goods is Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
