1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the 20% Development Fund 2023 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Three Pesos and 00/000 (Php 1, 352, 423.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of one (1) unit motor outboard engine 115HP 4-stroke and other accessories and materials for the Speedboat/ Patrolling Boat for Coastal and Marine Protection - MAD 028-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
