1) The Municipality of Sudipen, La Union through the Budget Approved by the Respective Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 4, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT CARWLER MINI BACKHOE FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF SUDIPEN, LA UNION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
