1.The Municipality of E. B Magalona, Negros Occidental, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY SIX PESOS AND THIRTY NINE CENTAVOS (Php 1, 254, 896.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Purchase of Office Supplies for various Office of the Municipality. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipality of E. B Magalona, Negros Occidental now invites bids for the Purchase of Office Supplies for various Office of the Municipality. Execution of Goods and Services is required within Fifteen (15) Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
