INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FOR THE USE OF VARIOUS OFFICES
1) The Municipality of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the Capital Outlay 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Office Supplies for the use of various offices. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies for the use of various offices . Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
