1. The Municipality of Magdiwang, Romblon, through the Gen. Fund -under of the MTO intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Two Pesos and 00/100 (Php798, 572.00), Philippine Currency being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Office Supplies with Project ID No. 2026-18-Goods. which is to be procured by lots, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening..
1) The Municipality of Magdiwang, now invites bids for the above-cited procurement project. Bids Received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
