" The Local Government Unit of Calinog, through the MDRRM 70% - Evacuation Tools and Equipments Intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN PESOS (Php. 579, 897.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF OFFICE EQUIPMENTS AND KITCHEN WARE FOR EVACUATION FACILITIES FOR THE USED OF INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSON (IDP'S) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Calinog now invites bids for UNITS, with the following Item/Description.
