1. The Municipal Government of Leyte, through the authorized appropriations under Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Five Pesos (Php1, 271, 895.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Office Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 7 days from the date of submission and.1receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
