PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE
AT DONA ANDREA PALANCA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BARANGAY x, VICTORIAS CITY ( 42 LN.M.)
The City of Victorias, through the Special Education Fund 2016 intends to apply the sum of P 134, 594.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE AT DONA ANDREA PALANCA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BARANGAY x, VICTORIAS CITY ( 42 LN.M.). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The City of Victorias now invites bids for the procurement of goods on the said contract. Completion on the delivery of goods is required within 30 calendar days (relevant period). Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
