The tenderer must have OMR machine(for random testing of the forms during the process of production) facilities and Bonafide Printing Press (within the country) with variable data print digital machine and also with inline automatic dye perforation machine, automatic number printing machine, automatic sheet cutter and Capable of making OMR forms with QR Codes Printing (All these steps must be done automatically in same line and same time of production).2. Valid Trade License 2025-20263. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2024-2025 (Including TIN No).4. VAT Registration certificate with up-date clearance certificate with submission of VAT return document.5.Bank Solvency Certificate (within selling bid document & dropping date) in original clearly specifying that the tenderer has capability to supply the tendered goods on a date6. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Minimum Tk. 70 (Seventy) lakh (bank statement must be submitted not before 15 september/25 /Attach supporting document).7.
