1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of
TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP2, 500, 000.00) being the ABC to
payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF NUTRI PACKS FOR SFP 16TH CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION
(S.Y. 2026-2027) / NJQ-GOODS-06-2026-029. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAYAMBANG now invites bids for the above-mentioned project. Delivery
of the Goods is required WITHIN THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, at least
TWO (2) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
