Tampere University Foundation Sr. (hereinafter "Procurement Unit" or "Client") is requesting a quote for Noodi's laboratory furniture in accordance with the tender request and its attachments. The new Noodi building, which is the focus of experimental research, is being completed on the Hervanta campus to the address Korkeakoulunkatu 7, 33720 Tampere. The schedule for the delivery of the furniture is at the end of May 2026 when the site is completed. The supplier must be ready to start furnishing during May 2026, if the object is completed enable. The customer specifies the schedule and order of furnishing with the selected supplier. Delivery and furnishing must be completed in July 2026.Departing from the above, delivery of laboratory chairs for section 1 July-August 2026. Delivery and the furnishing must be completed in August 2026. The procurement has four (4) parts: 1. Section: Laboratory chairs 2. Section: Laboratory tables3. Subarea: Laboratory trolleys4. Sub-area: Laboratory cabinets The tenderer can offer one (1) or more sub-areas. The procurement unit selects one (1) bidder as contract supplier by sub-area, with whom the procurement contract will be concluded. If a supplier with empty product lines is selected based on the tender, the Procurement Unit will select, as explained below, these product lines by the bidder who has offered the product line in question at the lowest price.
