1.The LGU - Municipality of Maria, through the GAD Fund - CY - 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos and Ten Centavos Only (₱ 375, 539.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Non-Communicable Disease Medicines (1st Quarter) - RHU Office, Maria, Siquijor/MAR-00016G-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
