1) The City of Talisay, through the MOOE 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 775, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Nine Hundred Twenty Five (925) Sacks of Milled Rice (Good Quality) for the Pagkaon sa Masa Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City of Talisay now invites bids for Purchase of Nine Hundred Twenty Five (925) Sacks of Milled Rice (Good Quality) for the Pagkaon sa Masa Program .
