Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
PURCHASE OF NEW POWER GENERATOR
1) The Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay, through the MDR Trust Fund for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos & 54/100 (₱7, 899, 934.54) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of New Power Generator. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-Tiwi now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Training of Brand-New 300 KVA Prime Rating Diesel Generator Set and 1000 Amperes Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). Delivery of the Goods is required 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
