Purchase of a new crane with a lifting capacity of 5.0 tons along with rectification of the tracks. Parameters of the new crane: - lifting capacity Q = 5.0 t, - span L = 15.0 m, - maximum lifting height of the hoist Hpmax = 7.0 m, - crane work intensity group gnp - A4, - work intensity group gnp hoist mechanisms - 2m / M5, - lifting speed approx. Vp = 1.3/4.0 m/min (two-speed) - hoist travel speed approx. Vjw = 5.0/20.0 m/min (two-speed) - crane travel speed approx. Vjs = 6.0-40.0 m/min (inverter) - supply voltage 400 V (3p, 50Hz), - protection level IP55 - working conditions working temperature -10 - +40 C - controlled using a radio control system and alternatively from the control pendant from the working level. The offer will also include: Installation of a new busbar powering the crane with length 54 m. Rectification of the crane track for a new crane with a lifting capacity of 5.0 tons, track length 54 m. (The results of the control measurement of the existing track are attached), the track should be adapted to the applicable standards. Installation of the crane on an adjusted subgrade. Providing all necessary documents for positive TDT acceptance. Participation in TDT acceptance.
