Purchase of a new medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with permanently installed rescue and fire-fighting equipment The subject of the order is the delivery of a new medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with permanently mounted rescue and fire-fighting equipment. intended for equipping the Sokółka Volunteer Fire Department. As part of the order, the contractor undertakes to perform the order including: - delivery of the vehicle in accordance with the requirements described in the SWZ and annexes, - obtaining all required certificates, tests, etc. required by law, - conducting training for vehicle operation, - transfer of ownership to the ordering party and delivery of the subject of the order to him, - performing free inspections at least once a year during the warranty period. Unrestricted tender referred to in Art. 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law. The value of the contract exceeds the EU thresholds determined pursuant to Art. 3 Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793).
