The procedure is being conducted to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter: DSZ) and to qualify Contractors to receive orders under the DSZ for the purchase of new computer equipment for GTL S.A. employees. Case number: DSZ/15/DTI/2026. IN In the course of the proceedings, the Ordering Party will subjectively qualify the Contractors who will be allowed to participate in the DSZ. All Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings and are not subject to exclusion will be qualified for the DSZ based on the conditions set out in this announcement. Qualification of Contractors to the DSZ does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to award partial orders to the Contractor/Contractors. Individual partial orders will be made by the Ordering Party posted on the JOSEPHINE platform. Contractors qualified for the DSZ will receive invitations to submit individual partial offers. The Contractor's registration on the JOSEPHINE platform will take place upon submitting an application for admission to the DSZ. Ordering party points out that the quantities presented in the subject of the order are averaged values ​​over a 24-month period and are indicative only, which does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase the goods in the given quantity.
