Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new school bus adapted to transport people with disabilities. The detailed description can be found in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the contract template which constitutes Appendix No. 6 to SWZ. The task is carried out as part of the Buses for schools project based on resolution No. XII/287/2026 of the Voivodeship Assembly of the Voivodeship of January 20, 2026 on granting financial assistance to units from the budget of the Voivodeship for 2026 local government of the Divine Voivodeship in the form of a targeted subsidy intended to co-finance tasks related to the implementation of the statutory obligation to transport children/young people (including those with disabilities) to schools.
