Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase of a network protection solution (Sandbox, SSL, WEB Proxy/network traffic analysis). The order was divided into 2 parts:

1) part 1 of the order - provision of Security Operations Center (SOC) network traffic analysis services by the Contractor to the Ordering Partyonce maintaining the Elastic Search log collection system at the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy for a period of 36 months;

2) part 2 of the order - purchase and implementation of the WEB Proxy network protection system (Sandbox, SSL) along with licenses and warranty, hereinafter referred to as the "System", for a period of 36 months.

WyThe contractor may submit one offer for each part of the order. Submitting more than one offer for a given part of the order will result in rejection of all offers submitted by the Contractor for this part of the order.

Descriptions of the subject of the order (OPZ) are included in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ (within the scope of part 1 oforder) and in Annex No. 1b to the SWZ (within the scope of part 2 of the order).

The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act.

The Ordering Party does not envisage the contractor carrying out an on-site inspection or checking the documentsnecessary for the execution of the order referred to in Art. 131 section 2 of the Act.
