1. The subject of the order is the purchase of network management software as part of the project Raising the level of cybersecurity in the District Office in Lubaczów. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. In positions where the description of the item contains the name of the manufacturer, you can use equivalent items that meet the same standards and fulfill the same functional and utility purpose as the items listed in the description. The ordering party allows the use of items other than those specified in the description provided that parameters are not worse than those specified in the description. In such a situation, the Ordering Party requires, if possible, the submission of an appropriate document authenticating these items.4. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Ordering Party with the software referred to referred to above and in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, within the deadline specified in the offer form, at your own expense and risk, to the District Office in Lubaczów, ul. Jasna 1, 37-600 Lubaczw.
