INVITATION TO BID FOR the PROCUREMENT OF GOODS FOR THE PURCHASE OF NBS KIT FOR NEWBORN SCREENING TEST
1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (148, 750.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Goods for the Purchase of NBS Kit for newborn Screening test. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by (1-30 Calendar Days). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
