Dear tender participant! We invite you to participate in the tender. We ask you to submit a commercial offer for the supply of natural gas: • in June 2026, indicating the maximum possible volume of natural gas before delivery. Please reply to this letter to provide no later than 12:00 on 05/19/2026. Delivery of natural gas to our company's address in June is possible subject to payment by August 10, 2026 for 100% of the volume. The purchase of gas can be made at the Ukrainian VTP. Buyer: ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih PJSC. We ask you to provide a commercial offer for the supply of natural gas: • in June 2026, indicating the maximum possible volume of natural gas for delivery.
