1) The BLGU BURABOD BILIRAN, BILIRAN, through the Annual Budget 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Nine pesos and Twenty Scents. (262, 209.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF MULTIPURPOSE VEHICLE (PR 2026-02-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BLGU BURABOD BILIRAN, BILIRAN now invites bids for PURCHASE OF MULTIPURPOSE VEHICLE (PR 2026-02-01) using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid as award criteria. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within the period of ten (10) years a single contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
