The subject of the public procurement is the purchase and installation of a multi-user confocal microscope platform with shared hardware for the hunting of functional cellular events, intended for the process of knowledge discovery - beyond classical confocal microscopes or today's high-throughput microscopes, with which we can only capture a large amount of images or, at best, large amounts of data. Together with analytical algorithms for the quantification of biologically conditioned cellular events and their association with the proposed mechanisms of action, we want to offer a unique platform for simplified research and development that will be accessible to every laboratory at any time. With the microscope that is the subject of this tender, we want to increase the availability of microscopes by significantly reducing the price per measuring station and at the same time prepare a unique platform that will enable the development of a more general concept of hardware sharing (sharing of all lasers and detectors), which has the potential to further reduce the price per measuring station.
